We want to guarantee a high bike fitting quality. Our main goal is to give you as much information for your future hours on the bike, both for racing and training purposes. We want to give you as much knowledge possible about how your body works. We strive to demonstrate how to recruit your muscle fibres more efficiently, hereby being able to recruit more power. This will give you more control and ability in optimizing your pedaling technique along with exercises to increase your aerodynamics.
The bike fit that I did with PHYSIOINNOVATION, helped me to realize what muscles that are important to work and stretch in my future career. I use the knowledge of Bjørn & PHYSIOINNOVATION’s to improve several details, such as different positions on the bike, but also how to work correctly with breathing and mental training techniques.
